BPEC, the British Plumbing Employers Council, is a nationally recognised body for the industry. Their accreditation will mean that you will be recognised by your customers as a competent and knowledgeable underfloor heating installer in this growing market. BPEC website
IDHEE, the institutue of Domestic Heating and Environmental Engineers, is a well-established industry body. Completing an IDHEE recognised course such as the Continental Underfloor Heating Training gives you points towards IDHEE membership. IDHEE website
UHMA, the Underfloor Heating Manufacturers' Association, is the trade association for surface heating and cooling in the UK. UHMA is closely involved with the development of the training courses to assure that you are able to offer the best to your customers.
By completing a Continental UHMA recognised course you will be able to apply to be a UHMA Recognised Installer. UHMA website
All of our trainers are fully BPEC accredited. This means that they themselves have undergone training courses and tests to ensure they are fully qualified to teach you about installing underfloor heating and enable you to gain your own BPEC accreditation.
BPEC accreditation is important because BPEC works closely with UHMA, the trade association, to develop the correct training for the industry.

Continental Underfloor Heating training courses are held across the country, so there will be a course within easy travelling distance for you. We use training centres with easy access and parking.

The Continental Underfloor Heating BPEC accredited trainer at each course will give you both hands-on installation skills and the technical knowledge. This ensures trouble-free fitting of underfloor heating systems for all floor constructions and heat sources.
Throughout the course the trainer will answer all your questions on practical and technical aspects of underfloor heating systems.
At the end of the course there will be a short test.
No prior reading is needed as our courses are comprehensive and we provide a full set of training notes for each course member for future referral. This will make each of your installations quick and straightforward.
However should you wish to take the subject further, getting a copy of the BSRIA underfloor heating guide would not be a bad thing.
We fully appreciate that your business still needs to run. We do not ban mobile phones, but ask you to leave them on 'silent' or 'vibrate' and take them out of the room to answer them. That way you can still keep in touch with your customers without disturbing the other members on the course.
