Our Service

Our service starts from the moment we receive your plans by fax, email (dwg or dxf files), this website, or in the post. If we need further information we will call you.

We provide you with a free binding quotation quickly and efficiently. Our typical turnaround period is 72 hours from receipt of plans to posting. If you require the quote faster let us know and we will do all we can to speed things up.

Upon confirmation we proceed to full CAD design of your system to BS EN 1264. We ask you to approve the design, and then prepare your bespoke system. This ensures that you get the system you need.

When it is ready we hold it at our warehouse. You call us 48 hours ahead of needing delivery to your site. This ensures no parts go missing or get damaged on-site, giving you peace of mind.

Every system is supplied complete with clear detailed installation and commissioning instructions. It is a fact that 95% of our customers fit the system themselves or choose to use their existing contractors. We support you with unlimited technical advice on our local call number. Various installation, inspection, and commissioning packages are also available and can be tailored to your needs.
